A year at the wheel...

This will be a 365 day epic adventure, from November 2007 until election day in 2008 where we will cover the election and it's results in Washington DC.

The journey will be hosted by Shane and Amy Bugbee a Gen X couple trying to understand where the American dream has gone, they will be accompanied by their dog Cheyenne and Myrtle the Turtle.

During this trip we will discover real America, and find out how our fellow Americans feel about the state of the nation. We will take in all that our great nation has to offer, explore the beauty of the various states and regions, and search for a new place to call home.

We will communicate via podcasts, videocasts, blogs and photo journals. Reporting our findings each day on our website as we stay with various host families, seek out local flare and flavor, and cover the election.
